S. Korea emulating Malaysia by teaching Maths and Science in English

JOHOR BARU: Many countries have found the debate over the teaching of Science and Mathematics in English “amusing”, an education group said. Malaysian English Language Teaching Association (Melta) said one example was South Korea which had emulated Malaysia’s move to teach Science and Mathematics in English. “They have found the recent developments over the issue rather amusing as there are statements made here which make it sound like Malaysia is trying to take a step back,” said Melta president Dr S. CAREER CHOICES - YOU DECIDE

Whether to Stay...? Is it best to remain with my current employer or try something new? My response below was inspired by this student's question You are asking a powerful question that many ask daily: "Should I stay with what I have… or try something new?" It can be a very tough decision to make, and each one of us can only answer it ourselves, drawing from our own internal direction. Here, I will mention some of the factors that would affect my decision: Do I love what I am doing? It has been said that if you love what you do, then you never work a day in your life! For example, if you are an executive who likes to keep busy all the time, "taking it easy" at the beach on a beautiful day may feel extremely frustrating, non-productive, and upsetting. You may be emotionally distressed from "doing nothing." Too much emotional stress can cause physical illness such as high ...
