RUNNING A COMPANY IN 2019
The problem with most business is that CEOs or GM don’t sit close to the customers. Ego kills. Not knowing and understanding the new age market has put many brands out of work... Here’s how most businesses are run: 1. The CEO sits at the center, completely disconnected from what’s actually happening in the market. 2. They make decisions based on old data that doesn’t make sense anymore. 3. The CEO spends too much time inside the company to drive it forward in a meaningful way. Here’s how I believe companies should actually be run: 1. The CEO should be as close to the customers as possible. 2. The company should be able run separately, for the most part. 3.
