By regularly practicing mindfulness, you can train your mind to be more present and focused Limit your use of technology Spending too much time on electronic devices is overwhelming for your mind. Try setting limits on how much time you spend on your phone or computer each day, and try to disconnect from technology and connect with the people and things around you.
