MASTER YOUR MIND

If you want to "master your mind", read this:

Practice mindfulness

This involves focusing your attention on the present moment and letting go of any distractions or negative thoughts.

By regularly practicing mindfulness, you can train your mind to be more present and focused

Limit your use of technology

Spending too much time on electronic devices is overwhelming for your mind.

Try setting limits on how much time you spend on your phone or computer each day, and try to disconnect from technology and connect with the people and things around you.

I did not say stop or not to learn a new skill.

Seek out new experiences

Challenging yourself by trying new things will keep your mind active and engaged.

Whether trying a new hobby, traveling to a new place or trying a new type of food, pushing yourself out of your comfort zone can be good for your mental well-being.

Learn to manage stress

Stress is a normal part of life, but it can be damaging to your mental health if it isn't managed effectively.

Try using stress-management techniques like deep breathing, mindfulness, or exercise to help you stay calm and focused

I seen senior management and also AVPs failed in stress management which led to their downfall due to high ego.

Take breaks and practice relaxation techniques

Try setting aside time each day to relax and unwind, whether that means meditating, taking a walk, listening to music, or doing something else that helps you feel calm and centered

The mind and soul and body needs to have brakes, rejuvenate it back and also motivate it back...

Practice positive self-talk

The way you talk to yourself can have a big impact on your mental well-being.

Try to be kind and supportive to yourself, and avoid negative self-talk. Instead, focus on the positive and remind yourself of your strengths and accomplishments.

Set goals and work towards them

Having clear goals can help you stay motivated and focused on what you want to achieve.

Identify specific goals that are important to you, and then create a plan for how you will work towards achieving them

Don't be afraid to try something new

Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and try something new, whether it's a new hobby, a new activity, or a new way of thinking.

You never know what you might discover.

Practice positive self-talk

The way you talk to yourself can have a big impact on your mental well-being.

Try to be kind and supportive to yourself, and avoid negative self-talk. Instead, focus on the positive and remind yourself of your strengths and accomplishments
