1. Write down your goals, then the actions to be taken or need to take to achieve it and date lines
2. Pick 2 books of self motivation and also personal development. Buy it, commit to complete the reading by when.
2.1 Write summary of each chapter read
2.2 Have a summary chart and also a guide chart to evaluate your performance
3. Your plans to achieve to be written as detail as possible
